This website only collects user information from software sales via Fastspring. For each sale we receive the name, adddress and phone number for the buyer, as well as the serial number for the software and the order ID. We use personal information from the sale to lookup lost serial numbers and update software activation data. We never share or sell this data.
Communications
Upon request, we may use your email address to send you information regarding your account. Primarily this is used if we need to re-issue your software serial number.

The Five12.com website does not currently use cookies. However, it does link to 3rd party websites that do, see Third Party Websites below for more information. In addition, the Five12 Forum website, which is hosted by vBulletin, uses cookies for easy login.
